Below are some of our common questions about orders:

Partially, yes. We offer discounts for certain items. For example, we used to offer a ¥2,000 off coupon if you bought more than 12 boxes. Discounts are not available for normal boxes or single cards.

No, we cannot. Paying taxes is the responsibility of the customer.

No, we cannot. Any price changes after ordering are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges:

All items are shipped from Japan. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay customs duties upon import. For details, check the customs information for your country.

For the United States, customs duties are collected at the time of purchase, so you will not need to pay upon receipt.

We usually ship within 2 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese holidays. If your order includes single cards, shipping may take an average of 7 business days, up to approximately 2 weeks.

We can ship to most countries, but we cannot ship to Japan or APO addresses. Our website operates separately from our physical store.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Prices vary depending on the region and selected delivery method.

No, we do not issue full refunds for damaged or lost packages. You may receive compensation through FedEx or DHL depending on their policies. You can choose to insure your packages for additional protection; please ask us if you wish to do so.

Usually yes. Cancellation fees are 20% for pre-order items and 10% for all other items. For more details, please see our Refund Policy.

Approved returns must be sent back within 7 days after delivery. A 15% return fee applies, with a minimum of ¥1,000. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Return conditions:

  • All items must be complete, undamaged, and in saleable condition
  • New items must be factory sealed and unopened
  • Returns must be sent via registered mail
  • All items must be in original packaging and well packed
  • A print-out of the invoice must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be refunded or exchanged. Refunds are issued after the safe return of the items.
