At Kenshō Cards, we offer worldwide shipping from Japan. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless specified otherwise, such as for pre-orders.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship when released by the manufacturer. Orders including both in-stock and pre-order items will ship together unless a split shipment is requested.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We support carrier claims, but responsibility transfers to the shipping company once the package is handed over. Insurance availability depends on the selected shipping method.
