Refunds and Return Polices

Concerning shipping insurance Customers have the option to choose this option. The shipping carrier (EMS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) provides this insurance. You must not open the package if you want to purchase this insurance. Multiple photos or videos may be required for insurance purposes.

We may not be able to guarantee the entire shipment’s value if the shipping carrier’s insurance is unavailable for some reason. If there is a possibility that the merchandise has been stolen, insurance may not be necessary. Items in stock In most cases, your order cannot be canceled once it has been placed. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances, cancellation is possible, and a restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from the value of your ordered items, with a minimum charge of 1000.

PokeNinJapan reserves the right to accept or reject cancellation requests on an individual basis. It is not possible to cancel orders that have already been shipped. Please review our return policies if you wish to return a shipped order. Items you can preorder There will be a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the price of the pre-order item, with a minimum charge of 1000 yen.

Returns Procedure

Our support staff must approve all returns in advance. Please contact support@kenshocards.store if you want to return your order.
Within seven days of delivery, any approved return must be returned to us. A 25% cancellation fee, less shipping charges, is required. If the package is returned without being paid for customs duties, the same applies. Return shipping costs to Japan are also the responsibility of the customer, with a minimum charge of 1,000. All costs associated with the return must be covered by the customer. Returns need to meet all of the following conditions:
All items must be complete, undamaged and in saleable condition
New items must be factory sealed and unopened

Returns must be delivered by registered mail. For shipping, each item must be in its original, well-packed packaging. The invoice must be included as a printout. There will be no refund or exchange for any item that does not meet the aforementioned requirements.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned items arrive intact and in good condition. After the returned item(s) arrive, refunds will be issued. Reimbursements and Refunds Refunds will be issued in Japanese Yen if exceptional circumstances exist. We reserve the right to make a case-by-case determination on this.

Please be aware that PokeNinJapan is not responsible for any processing fees incurred by PayPal or your credit card company. The customer is solely responsible for all applicable fees.
